~Chapter 1: Joining the SBF army~

Aiden had just joined the arm with 499 other brave men and women. Or that's what they were told, Aiden could already see some of them turning and going home. He guessed some where here to get a job, a good pay and some honor of some type. Young boys with big dreams of being heroes and some men just looking for a way to make lots of money and become a general or maybe even higher. But Aiden was still pretty young, he was only 20 and was in good shape and had a good health. He was here for a whole different reason.

You see the enemy was, as they called them 'Bio-killers'. They were monster that took or rather sucked the life out of other creatures and humans, if they got to them or they just ate you alive. If a human got infected there wasn't much that could save him or her. If they were lucky they could get amputated, depending on were they got infected. When you got infected by a Bio-killer you usually got a deep cut or stab wound from the Bio. Sometimes it was just a normal wound and in other cases if was an infected. But it was hard to tell if you were infected, it appeared differently for different people. Some got terrible back pain, others got sore throats or maybe a horrible headache. The symptoms were all different, but one thing humans were sure of was the unmistakable greenish glow your eyes got when infected.

And it didn't help that they were on 5 out 6 known planets with life on them in the solar systems. They killed the planet's native people and animals no matter who and what they were.

Aiden was here for one reason and one reason only. To kill as may of those bastard creatures he could. No, he would kill the mother ship! He had to, no needed too. He would never forgive the monsters that killed his family.

It was a cool night in the small town NeoRay when Aiden was just a boy. He remembered that night like the back of his hand. The cool air on his skin as he ran home through the crowds of people. The monsters behind them. The cold sweat that covered his body. The look of total horror on people's faces. The screams of his mother and father as they were eaten alive. And the one thing he could never forgive the Bios for, infecting his sister and watching, unable to do anything, as the monster started to take over her body. Her soft helpless voices as she begged him to take her life before she became a full Bio. It took 2 days for her to become a monster, his beloved younger sister, and then to kill her with his own hands!?

Aiden had his mind set as he watch the video with 499 other people of how a Bio killed, reproduce and ate. 1000 people got signed up for the SBF (Special Bio Force), only 500 were picked and any who wanted to leave were to go. At the end that only left 200 men and women left. A man walked onto the stage that had just finished showing the video.

“Good day ladies and gentleman,” he spoked out to the crowd of people who still want to join army “My name is General Hounds. I thank you for joining the SBF and to help rid the earth and all other planets of these terrible creatures! Let me explain a little more to you what’s going to happen from here on out.  For the next 2 years you will train you ass off and get ready to kill those bastards! You will then leave for you assigned area and help the men who are already there to kill off the Bios. I'm happy to say we have almost eliminated 74% of all Bio life forms worldwide and 21% of total life in the universe!”

No, he thought, No that can't be! I've seem what they've done! If you get cut there's a 50-50 change that you got infected! It takes a minimum of 24 hours before you fully turn Bio and a maximum of 7 days! They attack humans and other lifeforms! How can they have killed 21% of the total population of bios?  Have they already found cure already?

“We have top researchers looking into making a cure, but nothing much has come of it. They have had some luck into making a serum that lessen the chance of getting infected. You will all be getting a shot in the morning. For now rest up men!” And with that he left.

“Sam Gonelone, Michael Ox, Zoe Hack!” a man started shout out names and telling them to come and get into their assigned groups and quarts.
